Welcome to Skin & Six. By booking an appointment or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding

Appointments and Deposits

  • A deposit is required to secure all treatment bookings.

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the deposit being forfeited.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Treatments

  • A discussion will always take place before any treatment begins to ensure suitability and safety.

  • For certain treatments, a full consultation may be required in advance.

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information. Skin & Six cannot be held responsible for any adverse outcomes if information is withheld or inaccurate.

  • Results may vary between individuals. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

  • Aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment. It is your responsibility to follow this advice to achieve the best results and minimise risks.

Right to Refuse Treatment

  • Skin & Six reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if:

  • It is not medically safe or appropriate,

  • A client behaves in a disrespectful or abusive manner, or

  • Consent is not given

Refund & Exchanges

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for details on returns and exchanges

Payments

  • Full payment must be made at the time of treatment or product purchase.

  • We accept cash, card, and other payment methods as specified in the clinic.

Liability

  • Skin & Six will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from treatments, products, or the use of this website.

  • Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales

Advent Calendar Terms & Conditions

The Skin & Six Virtual Advent Calendar runs from 1st December at 09:00 until 25th December at 00:00 (“Promotion Period”). By accessing or using any Advent Calendar gift, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

  • Each participant may access one (1) gift every 24 hours during the Promotion Period.

  • A maximum of five (5) gifts per person will be issued during the entire Promotion Period.

  • Any gift codes generated after 25th December at 00:00 are invalid and cannot be redeemed.

  • Each gift will be provided as a single-use code.

  • Gift codes must be redeemed within 12 months of issue.

  • Gift codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or products.

  • Gift codes may only be used on full-price treatments.

  • Gift codes cannot be combined on the same treatment, but may be used in the same visit for two separate treatments.

  • Add-on gifts are only valid when purchasing a full-price primary treatment.

  • All standard Skin & Six Booking and Cancellation Policies apply to any treatment booked using a gift code.

  • Deposits will be taken where required in line with our usual policies.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the appointment is booked before the gift code expires.

  • Gifts may only be used by the person who received the code.

  • Codes may not be:

  • sold,

  • duplicated,

  • or used for group bookings.

  • Only one gift code may be used per treatment.

  • Skin & Six reserves the right to decline redemption if fraudulent, duplicated or invalid codes are detected.

  • Treatments are subject to appointment availability.

  • Skin & Six is not responsible if a client cannot find a suitable slot before the code expires.

  • Skin & Six reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Advent Calendar or any gift at any time if necessary.

  • Any changes will not affect codes already issued unless required by law or due to misuse.

  • Skin & Six is not liable for technical issues preventing access to the Advent Calendar or failure to receive a code.

  • No compensation will be offered for unused or expired gift codes.
