At Skin & Six, we take pride in offering high-quality treatments and products. Please read our refund and exchange terms carefully before booking or purchasing.
Treatments and Deposits

All treatment bookings require a deposit.

Deposits and treatment payments are non-refundable, except where an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or you fail to attend your appointment, the deposit and/or treatment payment will be forfeited.

Refunds will not be issued once a treatment has been carried out.

Refunds will not be issued for any trial or model appointments.

In cases where a refund request is made due to medical reasons, proof of a medical diagnosis may be required.

We reserve the right to request supporting documentation if we suspect that false or misleading information has been provided. All matters will be handled professionally.
Product (PCA Skin)

Products purchased from Skin & Six are non-refundable.

Products may be exchanged for an alternative item if returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are:

Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, and

Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used, for health and hygiene reasons.
Proof of Purchase

To process any exchange, proof of purchase is required. Without this, we cannot accept a return or exchange request.
Statutory Right
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
