At Skin & Six, we take pride in offering high-quality treatments and products. Please read our refund and exchange terms carefully before booking or purchasing.

Treatments and Deposits

• All treatment bookings require a deposit.

• Deposits and treatment payments are non-refundable, except where an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or you fail to attend your appointment, the deposit and/or treatment payment will be forfeited.

• Refunds will not be issued once a treatment has been carried out.

Product (PCA Skin)

• Products purchased from Skin & Six are non-refundable.

• Products may be exchanged for an alternative item if returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are:

  • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, and

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

• We cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used, for health and hygiene reasons.

Proof of Purchase

• To process any exchange, proof of purchase is required. Without this, we cannot accept a return or exchange request.

Statutory Right

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
